According to pastry chef Dinara Kasko,
a good dessert is much more than just a sweet treat. Her desserts are true works of art that are reminiscent of modern architecture.
Very strange is not that when you consider that architecture was once the main subject when Kasko studied. Because of this she also looks at her creations as constructions and that gives a special result. According to the Ukrainian there are several similarities between the design of a building and a spectacular ukrainian desserts. After all, both disciplines are all about composition, form, foundation, color and texture.
